Spinach Roll

Ingredients

• 1 pkg puff pastry dough
• 18 oz bag of spinach, defrosted
• 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
• 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1 roll out dough
2 mix rest of ingredients together
3 spread on roll, and roll up jelly roll style
4 tuck ends underneath
5 bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until top is evenly browned
