Ingredients
- GLAZE:
- Cake #1.....
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c apricot nectar
- 3 tsp flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 stick melted unsalted butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- confectionary sugar
- Cake #2.....
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 c waer
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/4 c flour
- GLAZE:
- 1 1/3 c confectionary sugar
- 7-8 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cake #1.....
Grease and flour an angel food cake pan. Mix all the ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes. Remove from pan.
Drizzle the hot cake immediately with glaze. The glaze should be runny and not thick.
Cake #2.....
Mix all dry ingredients and pour into a greased Bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Remove from pan after 10 minutes and pour glaze over while hot.
