Yogurt-Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c lowfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 oz. blue cheese
  • Sliced cucumbers, radishes and potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together. Serve with cucumbers, radishes and chips.
