Whipped Strawberry Cream Cheese

This cream cheese is light, faintly sweet, with a splash of fruit. It's great for bagels, or even as a dip for fruit & graham crackers! Yummy! The texture of this dip is even better once it has had time to chill in the fridge, so you may want to make it ahead of time. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) block of cream cheese (I used Neufchatel)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp strawberry jam (I used my Low-Sugar Strawberry Freezer Jam)
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (I used light whipped topping)

Preparation

Step 1

Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese with powder sugar until all lumps are gone. Scrape bowl & mix again as necessary.
Switch the paddle attachment with the whisk attachment & add the cool whip. Whip until light, airy, & stiff peaks form. Ripples will form in the cream cheese as the machine is running when it's ready; approximately 1 minute. Spread onto toasted bagel. Enjoy!
