Vanilla Beer Cake
- 1-18 1/2 oz pkg yellow cake mix
- 1-3 1/2 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour 10" bundt pan. Combine cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl. Add beer and oil and mix lightly. Add eggs. Beat on high speed until mixture is thick, creamy and smooth. Pour into pan, bake 55 mins. Cool pan for 10 mins, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Frost as desired.
