SPICED CRAB APPLES

Ingredients

  • 2 kilos of crab apples
  • 3 cups of vinegar
  • 5 cups of sugar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 clous de giroffle

Preparation

Step 1


1. Wash apples – do not take stems out.
2. Take off the black spots and put a clove.
3. Boil vinegar, sugar and cinnamon for 5 minutes.
4. Cook apples 5 minutes.
5. Put into jars and cover with syrup.
