Packet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 sheet (18 x 24") heavy duty aluminum foil
• 1 small onion, thinly slices
• 4 medium red potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
• 2 T olive oil
• 1 t seasoned salt
• 1/2 t dried dill weed
• 1/4 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450* or preheat grill to medium high.
Spray foil with cooking spray.
Center onion on sheet of aluminum foil.
Layer potatoes evenly on top of onion.
Drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bring up sides of foil and double fold.
Double fold ends to form only large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Bake 30-35 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 15-20 minutes in covered grill..
