    C hot water

  • 1

    pkg yeast

  • 1 1/3

    C warm water

  • 1/3

    C brown sugar

  • 5

    C flour

  • Kosher salt

  • Baking soda

Directions

Heat oven to 475*. Mix & knead dough, rise 1 hour. Fill fry pan with water, add 1 T baking soda for each C of water, boil 30 seconds. Grease 2 cookie sheets, dip pretzels in mixture, salt & bake for 8 minutes.
