Ingredients
- 1/8 C hot water
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 1/3 C warm water
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 5 C flour
- Kosher salt
- Baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 475*.
Mix & knead dough, rise 1 hour.
Fill fry pan with water, add 1 T baking soda for each C of water, boil 30 seconds.
Grease 2 cookie sheets, dip pretzels in mixture, salt & bake for 8 minutes.
