Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed stuffing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 whole chicken breasts (4 halves)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 slices boiled ham
- 2 slices Old English processed cheese (or Swiss)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine stuffing, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cut chicken breasts in half; remove bone. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Take half slice each of the ham and cheese; wrap breast around and place skin side up in 9" glass baking dish. Repeat with 3 more breasts. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and butter over top of chicken.
