Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1-2 lb. pkg hash brown potatoes
  • 1 lrge onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients (except topping) and place in a large casserole dish for 13x9 pyrex dish. Mix topping and sprinkle over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
