Ingredients

  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup onion, minced
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. group beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • Broad Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Cook vegetables 5 minutes with butter. Brown meats in different pan, then add vegatables.

Cook broad noodles (1/2 package) in boiling saleted water. Drain and toss with 1 tsp. butter. Then comine noodles, meat mixture and mushrooms, mushroom and tomato soup.

Place in greased casserole dish, top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
