- Large Eggs (as many as you like)
Preparation
Step 1
Place 2 inches of water in saucepan. Top with steamer basket.
Place eggs in steamer basket. Cover with lid. Steam for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 more minutes.
Run eggs under cold water to stop cooking. Place eggs in fridge or use right away. Egg peels will slide right off!!
