Ingredients

  • Crust

  • cup flour

  • ¼

    cup sugar

  • 1

    stick cold butter

  • 2-3

    tbs cold water

  • Filling

  • 8

    oz cream cheese

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1

    large egg beaten

  • 1

    tbs flour

  • ¼

    cup seedless raspberry jam

  • 1

    tbs water

  • 3

    cups berries

Directions

Crust- Food processor blend dry add water untill crumbly. press into 11 inch tart pan, prick crust and bake in 350 oven 30 minuets Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar vanilla, and egg until smooth. Add flour blend well. Pour into warm crust spread evenly and bake until set about 20 minuets. Cool. Heat Jam and water stir until melted and smooth. Cool slightly. Arrange berries and brush with jam
