Beef Steak with blue cheese and horseradish topping

Ingredients
- 125 gr Rosenborg Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 20 ml creamed horseradish sauce
- Four 285 to 340 gr Rib eye steaks
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, cream cheese and horseradish together until well mixed. Barbeque steaks until done to liking.
Just before removing from grill, divide cheese mixture in four and polace on top of steaks
Return to grill until cheese starts to soften then remove
