  • 1 c Regular Rice
  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 c Beef or Chicken Consomme or 1-2 bouillon cubes
  • 1 c Hot Water

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Saute rice in butter until golden brown. Add consomme or disolved bouillon cubes to rice & 1 cup of water & bring to a boil.
Place rice mixture in a casserole dish & cover.

Can saute onions, mushrooms, celery, etc with the rice before adding liquid ingredients.

Stir before serving.

Cook for 35 mins at 350 degrees F.
