Ingredients
- 17 ounces pizza dough
- 6 oz. refried beans
- 3 oz. enchilada sauce
- 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ground beef
- 1/8 cup chopped yellow onion
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup crushed corn chips
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Take a ball of pizza dough; roll out to a 14 inch crust. Put in pan and let rise for 30 minutes (for thicker crust). Butter the crust around the outside; then put holes throughout the dough around the pizza so that when it cooks it won’t bubble up. Add a heaping cup of refried beans and enchilada sauce; spread over pizza leaving just enough for a crust. Then spread out the following: mozzarella cheese, beef, onion. Cook pizza at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Take from oven, slice and add lettuce, tomatoes and corn chips.
