Ingredients
- 6 Cloves Garlic Peeled
- 1/2 C Red Onion
- 2 C Fresh Parsley Less Stems
- 1/8 C Fresh Oregano Less Stems
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Large Lemon Juiced
- 1 t Black Pepper
- 1/2 C EVOO
- Pinch Sea Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place Garlic & Onion in Food Processor, Pulse to Puree.
Add Herbs,Vinegar,Lemon & Pepper, Pulse Lightly to Blend, No Puree.
Slowly Add EVOO, Blend & Add Salt.
Refrigerate.
Serve on Hamburgers, etc.
