Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Cloves Garlic Peeled
  • 1/2 C Red Onion
  • 2 C Fresh Parsley Less Stems
  • 1/8 C Fresh Oregano Less Stems
  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Large Lemon Juiced
  • 1 t Black Pepper
  • 1/2 C EVOO
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place Garlic & Onion in Food Processor, Pulse to Puree.

Add Herbs,Vinegar,Lemon & Pepper, Pulse Lightly to Blend, No Puree.

Slowly Add EVOO, Blend & Add Salt.

Refrigerate.

Serve on Hamburgers, etc.
