Raspberry Salad with Pretzels

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 oz raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 oz frozen raspberries, slightly thawed

Preparation

Step 1


Combine pretzels, butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Press into 9x13 pan
Oven 350
Bake 8-10 minutes

Cream sugar and cream cheese with mixer. Add cool whip. Spread on crust.

Combine jello and water. Add raspberries. Let set slightly. Spread on second layer and refrigerate.
