Chocolate Cornflakes

Ingredients

  • cornflakes 4 cups/6 oz/170 grams
  • bittersweet chocolate, tempered: 16 oz/454 gms

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cornflakes into bowl, pour abt half of the choc over them, mix w/spatula til evenly coated.
The choc will begin to set, once completely set repeat to give a second coating.
Quickly scoop the choc cornflakes into small mounds onto parchment lined baking sheet-can scoop using 2 spoons-1 to scrape off other
Work quickly before mixture hardens
Store in airtight container for 2 weeks-can refrigerate for 5 mins to speed setting but do not store in refrigerator-condensation will cause them to turn white when removed from refrig-
