Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp.vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Combine flour, soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Grandually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
