Ingredients
- 8 oz bow tie pasta
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken (bite-size) or 10 oz package precooked diced chicken
- 10 oz package frozen peas, defrosted
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425
2. Cook pasta in a dutch oven or a large pot according to package directions. drain.
3.Return pasta to pot. Add chicken, peas, soup, milk, rosemary and pepper. Mix thoroughly but gently. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is lightly browned.
