  • 1 16oz. bag brocolli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 sour cream
  • 4 oz. jar drained pimentos
  • 2.8 oz can french fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Thraw the veggies. Combine with soup, sour cream, pimentos and 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 onions. Cook 30 minutes @ 350 covered.
Uncover, put remaining cheese, onions on top. Cook 5 more minutes.
