Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ketjap manis sauce
- 1/3 cup soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mirin (sort of like rice wine vinegar)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all together. Can keep extra sauce in fridge for another time.
Toss with Udon Noodles
