Scott's Bread Dough

A basic fridge safe bread dough that keeps for up to 2 weeks. Use for bread in the oven, barbecued bread on the grill, sticky buns, custom panini sandwiches and more! Highly versatile.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Water, slightly warm
  • 6.5 cups flour
  • 1.5 tbsp yeast
  • 1.5 tbsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put flour in the mixing bowl.
2. Add salt.
3. Add yeast.
4. Add water.
5. Mix together.
6. Let rise 4 to 5 hours and then store in fridge.
