Ingredients
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 Tbs. butter(unsalted)
- 4 egg yoks
- 4 egg whites
Preparation
Step 1
Place chocolate and butter in a sauce pan and allow to melt over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in egg yolks and pour intoi large mixing bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold half of stiff whites into chocolate with wisk. Add remaining whites and fold in with rubber spatula. Pour mousse into serving bowl or individual cups or glasses. Refrigerate for w hours to set. Serve cold
