Pudding Layer Cake

Ingredients

  • Bottom Layer
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 rd Layer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 2 nd Layer
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces chocolate pudding, instant
  • Top Layer
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Oven 350

2. Combine flour, nuts and butter and press in the bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes. Cool on rack.

3. With electric mixer, combine cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar until mixed. Spread over cooled crust layer.

4. With beater, combine milk and pudding, beat 3 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill until pudding is set. Top with cool whip.
