  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising white cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 14 oz can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat a lightly
greased cast iron skillet in oven for 5 minutes.
Stir together cornmeal and flour. Add corn, sour
cream, and eggs. Pour batter into heated skillet
and top with cheese. Bake for 22 to 24 minutes
