Ingredients
- 1/2 package (13 oz.) tortilla chips, any flavor
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) chunky chili with beans or chili with beans
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 to 1 -1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (4 to 6 oz.)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Remove 10 to 12 whole tortilla chips; set aside. Coursely break remaining chips; place in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Top with chili. Sprinkle with tomato and cheese.
Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Arrange whole tortilla chips around edge of casserole.
