Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tsp red curry paste
- 2 tsp oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup natural almonds (skin on)
- 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 1/2 cup roasted salted cashews
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In bow, combine honey, paste, oil and salt. Add nuts and coconut, mix. Spread in single layer in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 300F for 25 minutes, stirring once, until golden brown. Stir several times while cooling. Can be frozen.
