Ingredients
- 4 candys flour tortillas
- 2 cups old el paso thick n chunky salsa divided usage
- 1/2 lb sausage, browned and drained
- 2 tbls old el paso chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack
- 1 egg beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 mini-muffin pans. In medium bowl, combine sausage, green chilies, salsa, cheese and egg. Set aside. Cut six 3 inch rounds from each tortilla. Stck 3 rounds on microwave safe plate. Microwave on High for 15 secs to soften.
Immediately press softened rounds onto prepared muffin pans to form tart shells. repeat with remaining tortillas. Fill each shell with one scant tbls sausage filling. bake for 25-30 mins. garnish each with salsa
