PEACH HONEY

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach pulp
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skins and mash ripe peaches with a potato masher. Use 1-1/2 cups sugar for every cup of peach pulp. Boil 10 minutes. Seal in hot clean jars or store tightly covered in refrigerator.
