Mushroom Canape

Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 t mustard
  • dash salt, pepper & nutmeg
  • 1 T chives
  • 1 T parsley
  • 2 chopped gr. onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 lg. mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. Add this to all other ingredients except sour cream and saute until tender. Add sour cream. Fill mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with garlic bread crumbs and paprika. Bake @ 350 for about 15 min. or microwave about 5 min.
