Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and toss them with the oil and salt. Roast until golden brown and crisp on the outside (about 1 hour).
