CHICKEN FLORENTINE CHICKEN

  • CUT UP CHICKEN FROM DELI COOKED ROASTER
  • 8 OZ. SLICED MUSHROOMS, SAUTEED IN BUTTER
  • 1 20 OZ. BAG CHOPPED SPINACH, THAWED AND SQUEEZED DRY
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTER, MELTED IN SAUCEPAN
  • 1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/2 CUP 1/2 & 1/2
  • 2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP WITH ROASTED GARLIC
  • 1 TEASPOON OR MORE DRY ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 2 CUPS YOUR CHOICE SHREDDED CHEESE.

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Stirring constantly, cream of mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, half-and-half, and Parmesan cheese.

Arrange the THAWED/DRAINED spinach over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the spinach with the mushrooms.

Pour half the mixture from the saucepan over the mushrooms. Arrange CUT UP CHICKEN OVER AND TOP WITH REMAINING SAUCE

TOP WITH CHEESE AND BAKE 20-25 MINUTES
