Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Boston lettuce, red leaf, etc. or mixed greens
- Cantaloupe balls
- Blueberries
- Mango
- Dried cherries
- Crumbled Roquefort
- 1/2 cup sugar; salt to taste; 1 tsp dry mustard; 1 tsp grated onion; 1/4 cup white vinegar.
Preparation
Step 1
Blend with electric mixer until sugar dissolves. Add 1 cup salad oil or half salad oil and half olive oil. 1/4 cup more vinegar, 1 tsp. celery seed. Blend.
