Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs meatloaf mix (can substitute with ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/2-3/4 cup grated cheese
  • handful of fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl and let the meat sit for an hour to marinate. Make your meatballs. Place the meatballs on a foiled lined cookie sheet. Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When the meatballs are done cooking, clean off the excess fat and add the meatballs to sauce.
