Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- Peel from 4 lemons
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice (9 large)
- Garnish of mint sprigs and lemon slices

Preparation
Step 1
Boil 2 cups water, sugar and lemon peel in a medium saucepan for 5 minutes. Discard peel. Cool, pour into a large picture; stir in lemon juice and remaining 4 cups water. Cover and refrigerate. Serve in tall, ice-filled glasses garnished with mint and lemon slices.
