Ingredients
- 3 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 Pieces salmon filet, about 6 ounces each, with skin on
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 1/4 TSP Pepper

Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, mustard, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
2. Put the salmon, skin down, in a baking dish (lining the bottom of the baking dish with tin foil makes for easier clean up).
3. Spoon the mustard glaze over each piece of salmon. Bake in a 425 degree over for 15-20 minutes. May need to cook shorter or longer time frame, depending on actual size and thickness of the fillets.
