  • 6 c. turkey broth
  • 3 peeled and chopped potatoes
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 2 chopped celery ribs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 15oz cream corn
  • 1 c. frozen lima beans
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a soup pot combine broth, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, Add corn, beans, turkey and chili powder. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
