Ingredients

    c. turkey broth

  • 3

    peeled and chopped potatoes

  • 2

    chopped carrots

  • 2

    chopped celery ribs

  • 1

    chopped onion

  • 2

    15oz cream corn

  • 1

    c. frozen lima beans

  • ½

    tsp chili powder

Directions

In a soup pot combine broth, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, Add corn, beans, turkey and chili powder. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Nutritional Information: 1 cup = 136 calories, 2 gr fat, 8 mg cholesterol, 316 mg sodium, 26 gm carbohydrate, 7mg protein
