Ingredients

    medium russet potatoes

  • 2 1/2

    Tbsp (37 mL) organic ketchup

  • 4

    tsp (20 mL) extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2

    tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    tsp (10 mL) apple-cider vinegar

  • 3/4

    tsp (4 mL) paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F (220C). Scrub and dry potatoes and cut into thin strips to make french fries. Combine ketchup, oil, sauce, vinegar, and paprika in large bowl. Add potatoes and coat well. Spread potatoes on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and golden in colour.
