Ingredients
- 4 servings
- 4 med zucchini
- 3 TBSP EVOO
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 med tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup basil torn into pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Trim and spiralize the zucchini.
Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to large deep pan. Turn to med high and saute zucchini nooles for approx 7 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, basil and parmesan cheese. Cook one minute longer and then serve.
