Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cup gratted carrots
- 4 eggs
- frosting 1/4 cup butter
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and oil first. Sift all dry ingedients together( I don't sift, just measure together in bowl) Add flour and eggs alternately one at a time, beating after each addition. Add carrots. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 for cake layer pans or 45+ for 2 loaf pans(large)
frosting Mix butter and cheese ,then sugar, then nuts
