Ingredients
- 1 c butter (1/2 margine & 1/2 butter)
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 egg separated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, egg yolk and flour together.
Pat down thin layer into a 9 x 13 greased cookie sheet.
Brush on egg white in which a little water has been added. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cut when warm.
