Lemon Ice Cream

For the Kitchenaid mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 oz egg beaters/egg substitute
  • 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to freeze.
