Peanut Butter Sticks

  • 6 slice of thin sliced white bread, crust removed
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup wesson oil
  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each slice of bread into 5 sticks. Place sticks on cookie sheet and toast in oven at 250 for 30 minutes or until browned. Mix peanut butter and wesson oil in top of double boiler. Dip each stick into the peanut butter mixture and coat with graham cracker crumbs. Let cool completely and store in tins.
