Citrus-Sage Marinade

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaves
  • 1 1/2 inch fresh gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Dash of hot sauce (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass bowl, airtight container or blender, combine all ingredients; blend well. Marinate chicken for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
