Ingredients
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 1/2 inch fresh gingerroot, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Dash of hot sauce (optional)
Preparation

In a glass bowl, airtight container or blender, combine all ingredients; blend well. Marinate chicken for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
