Chicken Parchment

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sherry
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. salad oil

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate chicken for 2 hours in mixture of all ingredients. Cut parchment paper into 3 dozen 4" squares. Place 2 tsp. chicken into centre of each square. Fold and arrange in a single layer on cookie sheet. Cover with foil. Bake 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 8 more minutes.
