Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 4 oz. can green chilies
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- salsa
- shredded lettuce
- sour cream
- avocados
- sliced olives
- green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread on bottom of 10" pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies. In blender, beat milk, biscuit mix and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Cut in wedges and serve with toppings.
