Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can fat free chicken broth 1 tsp minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • 3 tbsp Molly McButter 6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained 1 red bell pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked and diced), optional

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan put ½ of the chicken broth, butter buds and garlic. Bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook over high heat until soft and liquid is reduced by half. Add cooked pasta, remaining broth and vegetables and cooked chicken, if desired. Stir until pasta is coated. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
